Review and analyse your existing marketing and business development strategy and/or help you develop a strategy. This would involve looking at your market, what you are offering, who your customer base is and who is your competition. The final report would include a series of specific recommendations to enhance revenue generation. While marketing and business development are key I will also focus on the tech side as well and how they all integrate together.
The option involves some or all of the strategy review elements, as required, but also regular interaction with you/your team. I will become integrated within the company and involved in ongoing work on strategy and planning. The key added value is that I would focus heavily on implementation of the key processes to enhance revenue generation.
